These Terms of Use govern your use of weeseagency.com (the "Site"), operated by The Weese Insurance Agency. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Insurance information only
Content on the Site is general information about insurance and is provided for educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice and does not describe the terms of any specific policy. Coverage descriptions are summaries; the actual policy contract, including its terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions, controls. Not all coverages or discounts are available from every carrier or in every situation, and all coverage is subject to underwriting approval.
2. No coverage until confirmed
Submitting a form, sending an email or text message, or leaving a voicemail does not bind, change, or cancel insurance coverage. Coverage is not in effect until you receive confirmation from a licensed agent of The Weese Insurance Agency or from the insurance carrier. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change.
3. Licensing
Insurance products are offered by The Weese Insurance Agency through licensed agents. We are licensed in Colorado and may not be licensed in every state. See Licensing & Disclosures.
4. Communications and consent
If you provide your phone number and check an SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages as described in our SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our servers, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, logo, and text are owned by The Weese Insurance Agency or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Carrier names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify companies we work with; their use does not imply endorsement.
7. Third-party sites
Links to carriers, Canopy Connect, and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Weese Insurance Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any duty we owe you as your insurance agent under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
