Privacy policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
The Weese Insurance Agency ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit weeseagency.com, contact us, request a quote, receive text messages from us, or become a client.
1. Who we are and scope
The Weese Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency located at 8500 W Bowles Ave, Ste 201, Littleton, CO 80123. This policy applies to information collected through this website, by phone, email, text message, and in person. If you become a client, the insurance carriers that issue your policies have their own privacy notices, which also apply to you.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, mobile and other phone numbers, mailing address, and ZIP code.
- Quote and policy information: details needed to quote, place, and service insurance, such as dates of birth, driver's license information, vehicle and property details, driving and claims history, current coverage, household members, and for business clients, company and payroll information. For life insurance this may include health information you provide to the carrier.
- Communications: messages you send us through forms, email, text, or phone, and your text messaging consent records.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, health details, or bank or card numbers through our website forms. When that information is needed to quote or bind a policy, we will collect it through a secure method.
Information from others
With your authorization or as permitted by law, we may receive information from insurance carriers, consumer reporting agencies (for example, motor vehicle reports, claims history, and insurance scores), your current insurer through services such as Canopy Connect when you choose to use them, and people you authorize to act for you.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of the visit. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage information as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and compare coverage options across carriers.
- To apply for, bind, issue, renew, and service insurance policies, and to help you with claims.

- To comply with laws and regulations, including insurance licensing and record-keeping requirements.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as needed to serve you:
- Insurance carriers and wholesalers, to obtain quotes and place, service, and process claims on your coverage.
- Service providers who help us run the agency, such as our agency management system, email delivery (SMTP2GO), website hosting, text messaging platform, and Canopy Connect. They may use information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and regulatory purposes, such as responding to subpoenas, insurance regulators, or law enforcement, and to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers, if our agency is sold or merged, in which case the successor will be bound by obligations consistent with this policy.
5. Text messaging and mobile data
If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number, the date, time, and method of your consent, and the messages exchanged, and we use them only to send the messages you agreed to and to keep records of your consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our text messaging platform provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for full program details.
